Precision Fair 2023 highlighted the critical aspects of precision engineering and smart customization. From ultra-precise cutting tools to newest optical systems the exhibited technologies were breathtakingly advanced. The event’s focus on additive manufacturing and AI-driven production underscored its importance in enabling next-level accuracy and efficiency. We not only meet customers and suppliers here, but we especially find innovations that inspire us in our future development choices.

The Hasselt Diamond Workshop 2023 brought together researchers and industry leaders to discuss the latest in CVD diamond science and technology. KONFIDI curiously engaged with experts on topics like diamond-based quantum sensors, high-power electronics, and biomedical applications. The workshop reinforced Hasselt’s reputation as the “pioneering” venue for diamond innovation, and we were proud to contribute to the dialogue on diamond’s future. This event has sparked our genuine interest, and we know on thing for sure: we will be back!

2023 began with a focus on diamond’s role in sustainable technology and advanced manufacturing. As the world embraced greener solutions, diamond’s efficiency in heat dissipation and durability made it a key material for everything from electric vehicles to renewable energy systems. At the Precision Fair 2022, November 16 and 17, in ’s-Hertogenbosch, KONFIDI explored the latest innovation in ultra-precision technology. Here where also diamond tools and components that played a starring role. From photonics to mechatronics, diamond’s exceptional properties—such as wear resistance and thermal stability— are full of potential and essential for next-gen manufacturing and Big Science projects. The fair was a hub for networking with top players in precision engineering, and we emphasized how diamond materials can pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in high-tech industries.
